We want you and your little one to love your CuteKidz order. If you're not happy, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. This includes sale items too!

How to return
1. WhatsApp us on 072 225 4831 or email enquiries@cutekidz.co.za.
2. Tell us your order number and what you're returning.
3. We'll arrange your free return.
4. Pop your order number inside the parcel.

Free returns 🚚
Returns are free! We'll send you a courier collection or a prepaid return option. No cost to you, ever. 💛

Your choice
Once we receive it, pick an exchange, a store credit or a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Faulty or damaged items
Received something faulty, damaged or wrong? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and we'll sort it out quickly. Faulty items are also covered under the Consumer Protection Act for 6 months.
